Problem: The original control system for this multistaion machine center was out of date and unreliable.
Scope: We replaced the entire control system, including 12 axis of motion and six operator stations. It included electrical design, multi-bay panel construction, software development, and installation support.
Notes: The existing control system used an extensive number of plugs to attach it's field I/O to the control panel. We were able to design and build the new panel so that it was a plug in replacement, saving a lot of time and expense during the installation phase.
